Event Time & Spaces

• Up to 16 hours of venue access, including setup and breakdown time

• One large open ballroom with flexible ceremony and reception layouts

• Open-concept lounge area connected to the main space

• Private on-site suite and ready room

• Custom floor plan diagram tailored to your event

Furniture & Venue Inventory

• 6’ round tables, 8’ banquet tables, and cocktail tables

• Chairs included for your guest count

• High-top tables available

• Lounge furniture and decorative accents

• Portable wall dividers

• Staging with skirting and stairs

• Full setup and teardown of all venue-provided items

Lighting & A/V

• Customizable LED uplighting and column lighting

• Automated lighting options for entrances and dancing

• High-end in-house sound system with DJ mixer

• One wired and one wireless microphone

• Projection capabilities in the main space

• High-speed Wi-Fi and basic A/V support

Catering, Beverage & Vendors

• Open catering policy with licensed and insured full-service caterers welcome

• Full access to our prep kitchen

• All alcohol and bartending provided in-house

• Bar service options include open bar, cash bar, or a combination

• Alcohol packages customized around your preferences and guest count

• Freedom to choose all other vendors

• Guidance available anytime if you’d like recommendations or support

Staffing & Support

• Venue manager on site

• Security and door host included

• Cleaning crew before and after your event

• Vendor logistics coordination

• All venue and utility fees included

Venue Pricing

• Monday through Thursday: $4,000

• Friday: $6,000

• Saturday: $7,000

• Sunday: $5,000

These are currently our lowest rates of the season, as a limited-time sale is in effect. Pricing can vary slightly based on timing, layout, and event needs, but this gives you a solid starting point as you plan.

The next best step would be to schedule a tour so you can see the space in person and talk through layout, flow, and next steps. Tours take about 30 minutes, and I’m available Monday through Friday between 11:00am and 6:00pm.
